  1. True, it is absolutely true, there is no use of such software which won't allow you to setup an on screen version of sales forms, and printing of such forms I the most important for various reasons. So QuickBooks isn't one among who doesn't offer such features.
  2. None of the above, all the options given in the question contains price levels, bills and invoices are the ones which must have price, sales receipt is what shows the amount at which sale is actually made, credit memo should also contain price.
  3. Can be applied to one specific or split between any combination of jobs, yes, you can do so and there are default configurations like applying the receipt to first job unpaid to the customer or else the last job.
