Health information technology is the use information technology in healthcare sector . In todays world everything is hi-tech means high technology and everyone is moving forward towards one touch technology.

Health sector is a constantly evolving field , application of technology will be add on to the health care services it provides . Technology will make the healthcare process easy and make professionals more concentrate on the care rather than on the manual paper works . Hence ,the health care professional can provide a evidence based patient centered care and also which is supported by hitechnology like for example - use of robotics in operations . Patients are discharged the next day after operation and there is less bleeding and cut given for the operation hence recovery time is less required .

Health information technology will improve and also evolve new features of care in health sector . Not only in procedures but also the physicians can utilize the information technology to compare and differentiate between the research finding that were done in early centuries at one touch without getting busy finding in lots of books .

Not only evidence ,but also experience is needed to use any treatment, technology ,procedure etc in the practical field . Experience is a learning that helps to go through the positive and negative of the treatment or technology and helps to do the amendments needed for future use.

Yes, the healthcare administrators need evidence to make decision . Human life is the most important thing in this world ,without having any evidence healthcare administrators can not use any treatment or procedure in the human body made by god . Its an illegal and also against the ethics to make decisions without evidence in healthcare matters.
