Pounds of compost Pounds of tomatoes Price TR PQ Additional revenue 100 120 125 128 130 131 131.5 0.15 0.15 0.15 0.15 0.15 0.15 0.15 15 18 18.75 19.2 19.5 19.65 19.725 1 0.75 0.45 0.3 0.15 0.075 4 5

To find additional revenue, we have to calculate total revenue.

Total revenue = Price x Quantity

Additional revenue = Change in Total revenue/Change in pounds of compost

Firm should add 5 pounds of compost because additional adding decreases marginal benefit.
