More than one million people are living with HIV in the USA.one in seven are unaware of their status.rio grande river is the area which is imaffected more.acc to cdc,diagnosis of hiv by race declared where latino race affected is-+13.4%.

Issues for latinx community for preventing hiv epidemic s are mainly related with the followings:

The hiv epidemic is driven by sexual contact in particular gay men and other men who have sex with men.it creates a stigma remains a huge barrier for combating hiv.

Lack of testing methods for recognizing the crisis.

Hiv crisis poses a significant threat to the progess treatment.

The latino community faces challenges for accessing medical services.

Hiv infection among latino s,the vast majority of these were the result of condomless sex with men due to lack of education.

Language,communication skills,cultural barrier and fear of deportation are the all key barriers for them.

Staying with undiagnosed hiv increases the risk.

Lack of awareness campaign and accessibility of treatment services are the issues forr the community in combating hiv epidemic.
