Answer #1

The minimum age or the youngest age is 16 years to perform job duties at a convenience store during school year on Sat day and Sunday from 6 am to 3 pm.

Explanation :

Under age 14 years : Not allowed to work any non agricultural job unless employed by their parents in a non hazards industry

Under age 14- 15 years : Can work for 3 hours per school day and 8 hours in non school day ( Saturday ,Sunday) . They can work from 7 am to 7 pm. But from June 1 through Labor Day they can maximum work between 7 am to 9 pm. (not before 7 am)

Ages 16-17 years : No limit on the hours .Apart from doing work in hazards industry. (as per labour department)

Age 18 and over : No limit on the hours and industries to work.

In the question working hours is 9 hours in a day. ( 6 am to 3 pm)

The work get started from 6 am morning .( Before 7 am in morning )

So, such job duties can't be performed  by 14 to 15 years old minors . It only can be performed by minimum 16 years aged minors.( Because there is no limit of job hours for them and the industry mentioned here is not hazards by labor department)
