*Most of the childrens are interested in traditional sport items,if they are showing such interest as parents we have to encourage it in a positive manner
*They are showing interst in painting
*They are showing more interest to talking with others
*Most of them will choose their appropriate activities accordingto their abilities
As parents we have to to encourage the child to invoveld with their hobbies and encourage them to involve in their physical activities.As parents we have to discourage the child being watching for television for more time,limits mobile gaming and instead of physical activities.
We have to give instructions regarding the co-operation and mingling of childrens with the other childrens in same or different age groups according to their preferences
As parents we have to notice the child health condition and disability if noticed,something wrong needs earlier consultation with a doctor and correct it.
Through this way we can improve the self esteem
Encouraging the chidrens in physical activities helps to improves the fitness and prevent most of the life style diseases in later life.
