# workplace safety and health : the nurses are at always the high risk to be safety free since they are working in the community there are lot of Health hazards, occupational hazards, pollution, awaiting which makes them very vulnerable to diseases. The nurses work at the grass root level where their work is not with safety as they go interior to look after the patients.
# lack of supervision : here the nurses face a greatest challenge because of lack of supervision as they will not be evaluated thoroughly by other authority were by any issues occur they will not be competent to solve the problem
# working with different team : here the collaboration with various health care team members are challenging. For example if she wants to work with a social worker her perspective towards health is different with other.
# professional negligence: when the public or community health nurses doesn't identify or recognise the situation of an individual who is need of immediate primary care would be a negligence.
# turn over of staffs: the community nurses face this issue as a major one as the lack of staffs obviously will reduce the care provided in preventing diseases, enhancing health and rehabilitation.
# lack of resources: the availability of resources also plays a vital role where if the resources not available to the nurses to provide care obviously there would be decline of health in the public and increases the morbidity and mortality rates.
# career development : though the work is challenging the career growth would not be extending and expanding if the exposure is not sufficient
