Answer: It has been very frequent that there are sexual harassment in the organisations and companies. The HR can play important role in preventing sexual harassment.

HR would take step for preventing by explaining the nature and type of offense. HR can inform that person and explain that this kind of behavior won’t be tolerated. Making strict action against this kind of behaviour and HR can give last warning to the company president about the legal action that can be taken against him.
