Answer #1

Personal Health Record System- EHR that is specified here is well manufactured and planned recording system that helps in recording patient health information and support the interprofessional communication in health and social care. The specification provided by this system shows that the system is planned to record and document the patient health records and enable the technology to help share it between the agencies, patients, professionals and organizations. This clause seem to put the public health records on the platform where it can be assessed by multiple parties, this makes the information less confidential and is not providing adequate privacy for the records.

Hebce, it can be said that the system works in order to collect and gather nation wide and based data for health of the population but it lacks adequate privacy sequence to be followed, that would help keeping the information confidential. Hence, the system is good for the data collection as per government guidelines but is not very safe as per the confidentiality legislation stated in healthcare.
