Answer #1

ANSWER.

* Statement indicate nurse know about good oral hygeine for

    unconcious patient is " I will swab the patients mouth with

   chlorhexidine."

* Chlorhexidine is an antiseptic solution useful to clean the mouth

   and prevent oral infections.

* Gtt / min patient should receive the medication.

           Formula

               * Volume(ml) / Time(min) * Drop factor(gtt/ml) = Flow rate in gtt/min.

                    Volume = 200 units/84ml.

                      Time = 2 hrs (120 min)

                    Drop factor = 15 gtts /min.

               Flow rate = 84 / 120 * 15

                              = 10.5 gtt/min.
