1) The interventions that can be undertaken here are as follows-

Intervention 1- Administer anti-pyretic medication as prescribed by the doctor

Rationale- administrating anti-pyretic drugs helps lower the body temperature and reduces the chances of further complications. Paracetamol is the best drug utilized in pregnancy for this condition.

Intervention 2- Provide oxygen therapy for extreme cases

Rationale- the lack of saturated oxygen levels in blood can impact the fetal heart rate and oxygen supply, to reduce the chances of hypoxia the oxygen therapy is provided

Intervention 3- Encourage ample fluid intake by mouth

Rationale- dehydration and fluid loss can lead to high temperature
