Yes licensing and regulations will be the indicators of quality because the professionals can only work when they get the license and to get and use it till validy the professionals have to work by following the rules and regulations of the Organization which will indirectly ensure the quality of services .

2. The individuals responsibility while choosing a health care provider is to check his or her medical registration , license approval , years of experience in diagnosing and treatment. The information that should be provided or made available to individuals consumers to help them to determine the providers competency are :-

- medical registration

- license approved by Board of Medical Registration

- Working experience

- Achievements and awards

- Details of essential qualification including graduation ,post graduation , PhDs etc
