Meal 1: Replace of white rice with brown rice. Brown rice rich in nutrients and fiber and meets the 12% of our daily riboflavin and rich in folate, iron, and Zinc. Beef and bean burrito should be replaced with veggies and nuts increases the nutrient density.

Meal 2: French fries should be replaced with oatmeal which has equal nutrient density and healthy. Diet cola should be replaced with water or unsweetened tea.

Meal 3: Peanut butter to be replaced with ground peanut. Jam should be replaced with almonds and nuts.
