We are given vec{w_{1}}=-3hat{x}-5hat{y}; vec{w_{2}}=7hat{x}-7hat{y}; and vec{x}=3/2hat{x}-5hat{y}; t=5 and m=5/3.

Now m2W1

vec{w_{2}}-vec{w_{1}}=(7hat{x}-7hat{y})-(-3hat{x}-5hat{y})=10hat{x}-2hat{y}. Therefore E = 5/3 * 5(102.-2). (3/2.-5у)-1/3(10 * 3/2+ 2 * 5) 25/3
