The force of gravitation (FG) between two objects having masses m1 and m2 and separated by a distance r is given by

m1m2 FG = G

Where, G is universal gravitational constant.

From this equation it is clear that , only two factors, the mass of the objects and the distance between the objects, effect the amount of gravitational pull.
