Before she combusted the sample, the initial temperature of the calorimeter was 25 C. Afer she combusted the sample, the initial temperature of the calorimeter was 25 C. After she combusted the sample, the temperature was 31 C. What was the total heat released by the sample?

The answer is 54.5 kJ. Please explain how to get this answer.
