While handling the serious vascular disease the entire health team should be active and genuine. In given case while diagnosed the case as myocardial infarction. Started it therapy to remove clot. Thereafter the nurse practitioner said that his heart muscle had died it's a malpractice because the comment should affect patient emotionaly and also wise decision and procedures always helpful to recover a case .

If it was happens in my service definitely I'll give good care to my patients and given psychological support to him.  

Giving proper position and comfort thereafter provide medicines as per doctors order . Relax him with anticipated words. Give emotional support.
