Metoprolol:
It is a beta-blocker to treat hypertension, heart failure, and angina.
Data collection:
Allergy reaction to nay medication, liver disease, COPD, diabetes, and poor circulation can affect the condition more with this medication.
Assessment parameters:
check the patient for low blood pressure, cold feet, and hands, less heart rate, fatigue, depression
Effectiveness of medication:
Evaluate the patient for normal heart rate, blood pressure, and no chest pain

Lisinopril:
It is an ACE inhibitor treat high blood pressure
Data collection:
check patients with hypotension, diabetic, renal failure, using NSAID
Assessment parameters:
check patient any allergic reaction, dizziness, high BUN and serum creatinine, hyperkalemia, diarrhea, constipation, impotence, blurred vision, arthritis, tinnitus, increased liver enzymes, and cough
Effectiveness of medication:
Evaluate the patient for normal blood pressure, less plasma angiotensin II and vasopressor activity and aldosterone secretion

spironolactone:
It is an Aldactone it is a potassium-sparing diuretic
Data collection:
Collect patient data for any fluid and electrolyte imbalance and intake of any potassium supplements
Assessment parameters:
Assess patient for any gastric bleeding, reproductive system changes, leukopenia, hyperkalemia, leg cramps, dizziness, renal dysfunction, liver toxicity, and allergic reaction
Effectiveness of medication:
Evaluate the patient medication effect with decrease blood pressure, relieve from heart failure symptoms, hypokalemia, free from edema and other liver, kidney, and nephrotic syndrome.
