Yeah they should come with the warning signal. Although adoloscents are fully aware of the potential for hearing loss.

While listening to the music it is only music which runs in the head of the listener not the potential risk of hearing loss. So warning signal will do so much help. There is an old saying what an eyes see is what mind knows. In case person listen on high volume will see the warning signal and will lower down the volume. It may not be 100 percent beneficial but it will benefit. Or people can cut short the duration of using the headphones.
