EVIDENCE BASED PRACTICE :

Evidence based practice proposes the practical approach towards nursing care by collecting data, analyzing and implementing the same in nursing care. Healthcare industry is something which keeps changing according to the diseases and we need to keep track of the care provided for it, we need to keep updating our knowledge and practice, therefore evidenced - based practice is something which is very useful in nursing. It not only helps to update knowledge and practical skills but also have positive outcome on patient and the quality of care provided. When conducting evidence based practice one must not confuse it with research as research is the creation of something which has not been found, however evidence based practice is something which has already been studied therefore implementing it practically.
