8) Answer is A) NH3 is a weak base. As it has less electron density on nitrogen.

9) Answer is C). Amine form ammonium salt when HCl is added hence it dissolve in water.

10) Answer is B) II. As lone pair on nitrogen is not involved in resonance in II but in other compounds lone pair on electrons are involved in resonance hence not available for abstracting proton.
