We know that electric field by a point charge at a distance x meters away is

E=kq/x​​​​​​ 2

Where q is the magnitude of the charge.

So, now field due to -15 charge will be of attractive nature and of 12 charge will be of repulsive nature, so both the magnitude will be added, and the net field will be in the left direction.(-15 is left and 12 is in right)

So,

E=151875*1015 N/C
