$1,145.70

The things which were found missing in the charge sheet is the with CM Number 0049533563 and CPT code 71270 it was given as CT scan thorax with out and with contrast and the amount given is $611.20, it has to be evaluated because with out contrast is $450.25 and with contrast is $525.60, and was not seems to be matching. Another thing is the same kind of problem with MRI chest with out and with contrast has given $1145.70 while the same in separately can cost around total of $2047.65.

This can also be seen in the case of chest x ray single view cost $89.75 and two view cost $110.85, it not coming the range of the both.
