Answer #1

Total number of shares issued are = 5085+5029 = 10114

Total share capital is = 44516

Price per each share issued is = 44516/10114 = 4.4

Par value per each share is 0.001

Paid in capital is 10114*0.001 = 10.114

Additional paid in capital is = 44505.886 (44516-10.114)

B) the company reported both paid in capital and additional paid in capital together because, only at the time of initial public offer they are reported separately after they get registered in stock market they will be sold for whatever the price exists in the market and that proceeds will go into the hands of the seller.
