If customers started viewing my company's services (holistic health services) as convenience offerings rather than shopping offerings, I would respond by creating mobile services. For example, I would focus more on offering chair massage at farmer's markets, health food stores, offices and community events rather than offering primarily table massage at a stable location. Likewise, I would shift the focus of the acupuncture services from in-depth, full body assessments and treatments to relaxation acupuncture that can be provided at various locations with the client seated (focus on ear, feet and hand needles) .

Answer #1

If any service is treated by the consumer as a convenience service eg Uber cars, then in sucha situation the service provider gets an inspiration to provide different classifieds in the sa!e genre and that too in mobile locations. For this to happen it is necessary that people accept it as a convenience and order the same at large numbers so that the producer's services get the benefits of economy of scale and hence more and more new services are introduced.
