HIV,one of the deadliest disease which has no cure.Truvada is not a life saver but a good preventer of the disease. It has shown a considerable 51% decrease in the risk rate among high-risk individuals.It shows an 100% effectiveness when the drug is taken atleast four times a week. The cost of the medicine is very high where a lay man cannot afford it.People who are at high risk (new born delivered by a infected mother ,women from her partner or vice versa unintentionally, healthcare worker, sanitation workers, pathologist,biomedical staffs,family members of the sick,spouse ) are at high risk of getting this infection due to the contact of patient or their specimens for treatment and procedures and caring a sick in a family by the members . Hence these people particularly are in need of this medication as a safety measure.If it costs high they never buy and use it?Reducing the cost is a proposition to be agreed.

It cannot be strongly agreed because of misuse for monetary gains,physical pleasures and benefits by humans.
