1.Vitamin supplements can be taken but it is ideally good if taken under a medical supervision by diagnosing the exact cause and the need for a vitamin supplement

2.A single nutrient-supplemrnt of vitamin A can be dangerous to consume without doctors order.In case of deficiency then it can be taken if it is overdosed can lead to nausea, vomiting,dizziness, headaches and fatal complications

3.The folic acid as the capacity to prevent neural tube defects in the newborn. The recebtbresearch s showed evidence of use in women for a year before conceiving has greatly reduced the risk of neural tube defects

4.Some of the things which has to be looked for before buying a vitamin supplement are

  • The amount of vitamin A, B1,B2,B3, B12,B6, Folate, calcium, iron, magnesium ,minerals

All this are necessary for an effective vitamin supplement to be taken daily.
