   Base                                                     conjugate acid

a) (CH3)3COK -------------------------->      (CH3)3COH

( here the (CH3)3CO- K+ charges are present and then takes the proton and forms the conjugate acid (CH3)3COH

b) NaH ------------------------------> NaH2+ ( here the Na has the additional H+ so it has the + charge in acid)

c) NH3 -------------------------> NH4+ ( here the N has the additional H+ so it has the + charge in acid)
