Magnitude of Electric field due to charge q at distance r from it, E = kq/r^2.

Direction of field due to +ve charge is radially away from it and due -ve charge is radially inward towards charge.

Hence electric field of three charges E1, E2 and E3 are as shown.

Force on +ve charge is in the direction of electric field. Hence direction of acceleration of proton, is same as that of electric field , that is 109 deg with +ve x axis counterclockwise.
