Answer: Insomnia is a condition when people tends to have incomplete sleep. This incomplete sleep leads to various disease. This is also known as sleeping disorder.

The symptoms are:

• Fatigue
• Mood disturbances
• Low energy
• Low concentration ability
• Difficulty in sleeping
• Poor diet.

The Sigmund freud has better approached dreams which influences the actions which results from depressed feelings as well as desires.
