Answer: The probate court and small claims court are avenues to collect a client's account may have disadvantages as it is a time consuming process. The probate may take long time for transferring the assets. The probate causes lack of privacy because once it has been introduced to probate, it becomes public records. Lack of control is one of the drawback of probate court.
