5.At first we should care the fractured part either stress or any worsen condition ,and also there are two types or stage  of stress can occur at any type of bone in our body. Stage 1. Stress reaction 2.stress fracture. The very first stage is stress reaction which means a bone become very weak because of the loading but this type will not cause fracture or any cracks. The another stage or type can cause a transverse or oblique fracture in the tibia

6. Rugby players are more prone to getting injury to the leg. It may be an open or compound fracture. Mainly fractures are happened either direct or indirect forces here there are more chances of getting direct injury so the impact also so high when compared to the another mechanism.

7.Hamstrings is one of the long muscle in our body and it consists 4 muscles they are , 1.Long head of biceps femoris 2.Short head of biceps femoris 3.Semimembranosus 4. Semitendinosus . These muscles are helps in knee flexion and hip extension. Here the athlete may think static stretches gives more effective than ballistic stretches. The truth is both ballistic and static' stretches are more effective when its combined,lunges are best exercise to stretch the muscles in both way.
