Answer #1

Answer

Consumption function is the form of

C=a+bYd

a=autonomus consumption =consumption when disposable income is zero=40

b=MPC=change in consumption /change in disposable income

=(100-40)/(100-0)

=0.6

Now the function is

C=40+0.6Yd
