Generally nuclides with protons/neutrons equal to magic numbers 2,8,20,28,50,82&126 are more stable

Option A, F-18

And beta decay increases the atomic number by one unit without changing the mass number.

9F18----> 10Ne18 + -1e0

Here Ne has 8 neutrons which is equal to magic number ,hence more stable.
