In the Pro Forma Balance Sheet of 2020, Long Term Debt is the plug value.

Exernal Funds Needed ( EFN ) = Increase in Assets - Increase in Current Liabilities - Increase in Retained Earnings = $ 8,000,000 x 10 %  - $ 930,000 x 10 % - $ 165,000 = $ 542,000

Therefore, total LTD = $ 3,000,000 + $ 542,000 = $ 3,542,000.
