John can not do anything now as he agreed to accept 45000 for 50000 loan in full settlement of his claim against sam.

he has also given receipt of paid in full. by law he can not do anything.

he can only talk to sam in personal.

so he can not do anything by law because contract has been completed with acceptance of payment and transfer of receipt.
