Question: I am developing a slide show of a fake business (instrument manufacturing), in that I've received half a million dollar in funding... What would a 3 Year Proposed Funding Schedule and a Break-Even Analysis look like?

Ans.: Proposed Funding Schedule is advisable as under:

First Year= $ 250000

Second Year=150000

Third Year= 100000

Note: The Interest on the deposits will be used towards revenue expenses.

Break Even Analysis may be suggested assuming 70% Variable cost, 10% Fixed cost & 20% yearly returns on Investment of $ 500000.

Turnover to be achieved will be $ 500000. Whiel the Break Even Sales will be $ 400000.

All these based on assumptions.
