Answer #1

Total assets = $93,000,000

ROA = 16%

Net income = Total assets * ROA = $93,000,000 * 16% = $14,880,000

Net Income = $14,880,000

ROE = Net Income / equity

Equity = $14,880,000 / 0.24

Equity = $62,000,000.

Net Profit margin % = Net income / sales

Sales = $14,880,000 / 0.15 = $99,200,000.

Debt-Equity ratio = Debt / Equity

Debt = (total assets - equity) = $93,000,000 - $62,000,000 = $31,000,000

= $31,000,000 / $62,000,000

= 0.50

or 50%

Net Income = $14,880,000

Sales = $99,200,000

Debt-to equity ratio = 50%
