a. If I am an american investor, I should buy the UBS shares from New York Stock Exchange. because I got security for share means got American Depository Receipts and I got shares in less price.

b. If I am an american investor, I sells the shares in Zurich in Swiss Francs,because I got more price than the buying price I thought.

c.If all commissions are waived for a large transactions, my answer is same.

d. 1.If I am an swiss investor, I should buy the UBS shares from the New York Stock Exchange.

2. If I am an swiss investor, I should sell the UBS shares in Zurich in Swiss France , otherwise I compare the market values of shares in both the stock exchanges and sells in the more market value than the buying price.

3.If all the commissions are waived for a large transactions,my answer is the same.
