She had forgotten to administer medication on more than one occasion, and she reportedly injured a child by accidentally drawing her too hot a bath and failed to report the incident appropriately. Janet called Leslie into a meeting to discuss her work performance, and because Leslie's attitude was flippant and rude, Janet terminated her employment. Leslie was extremely upset, and yelled that she was going to sue Sparrow's Song and Janet personally for racial discrimination. Please discuss Leslie's responsibilities as a health care provider and indicate whether or not these responsibilities were upheld. As a health care provider it is Leslie's responsibility to provide care to the patients.leslie is not upholding her responsibilities.She is being rude towards children.

The role of healthcare provider in patients life is necessary and important they are responsible for the patients physical and mental health along with their needs.

Court can rule racial discrimination claim because in here there is no discussion of her race but she lost her job because she is not withholding her responsibilities towards her job.

Leslie's more than one occasion forget to administer the medication of children and cause harm to a child by drawing hot bath and she also failed to report it.

This incidences should be reported because her actions caused harm to children who are ill.And she is being irresponsible and trying to scare her employer and wasting court time by raising false claim saying her job termitted because of discrimination.
