As the shells are conducting hence charge will reside on the outer surface of shell.

Now due to charge at center, and equal and negative charge will be induced on inner wall of inner shell i.e -Q and hence +Q charge will be induced on the outer wall of inner shell hence total charge on outer wall of inner shell is 3Q.

This 3Q charge will induce and equal and opposite charge on inner surface of outer shell. Hence net charge on inner surface of outer shell is -3Q and hence total charge on outer surface of outer shell is +6Q
