6% of expenditures should be shifted towards investment according to the economists and since both expenditure and investment are both accounted in gdp , therefore 6% of the total gdp will be the number that will be shifted from expenditure to investment.

6% of gdp = 6% * 18,210.6 billion

6% of gdp = 0.06 * 18,210.6 billion

6% of gdp = 1,092.636 billion

so 1,092.636 billion of consumption will be shifted towards investment.
