those are the numbers that were put in the sheet,I didn't calculate that. I keep getting the same EBIT that you are and it says it's wrong.

interest is not correct, everything in red is wrong

In order to calculate EBIT, subtract losses and add other income.

EBIT=$( 12091+380-220 )= $12251

Now calculate interest @4.2% on average total long term liability of $5356 =$225

Taxable income will come out to be $12026

Reduce the tax of $3007 and net income will be $9019.

Solve using these values and you will get dividend paid as $5884 in the statement of retained earnings.

Put these values and solve the remaining ones.
