Answer #1

Answer: The most popular drinks such as caffeinated drinks as well as the energy drinks available in the market contains high amount of sugar dissolved in it. The sugary content causes spike in the blood sugar level of the person who drinks at least 100ml of the drinks. These caffeinated beverages or the energy drinks increases the risk of the disease such as diabetes. It also increases the chances of bone degradation as the carbonated drinks harm bones and tissues. The high sugar causes pancreas to work more intensely at the time and hence it fails to produce excess amount of insulin to balance the glucose. Some of the products that can be substituted such as sugar free drinks, coffee.
