According to Harris human enhancement is necessary to improve the performance or function of a person by correcting their problems genetically.The alteration and changes which can be done on an embryo to rectify the disease carried by an offspring or any mutational changes etc., These defects can be corrected when the measures are taken when it is in form of embryo through gene editing. As a result the baby born will be free of that particular disease or defect thereby preventing known harm.Hence germline modification can only enhance function and reduce harm in whole,
