IP Point charges 3.5 μC and -2.1 μC are placed on the x axis at (16 m , 0) and (-16 m , 0), respectively.

Ive looked at other questions that are very similiar but the E0 is very confusing for me. How do i put it in my calculator or can you explain the math step by step?
