**Vaccination is important for the child health,it is natural child can not understand, it will be hard to them to come in for their shots..As a nurse we have the responsibility to change their attitude..

**So keep smiling and have good appearance infront of them,it can remove their anxious.

Truth to the child that shots do hurt but the pain only last a while little that

Do demonstrate with other things by pets, toys etc .

Have communication with the parent and child , nurses communication is important for the child to get involved in..establish your passion, positive attitude and confidence..first impression is the best impression.so appearance will support the child and make responses to the child ..

Gather information

Get the information by asking closes ended questions and some time open ended questions as per the situation..

Close:

Close the interview when the information gathered..don't extend the interview when it is truly not needed and not related to the interview..
