Manufacturing of ten trains - $ 10,670,020/-

Warranty claim - $520,000

Allocation of revenue as per IFRS 15 i.e. Revenue from contract with customers

The revenue will be divided as per the fair value of different performance obligation.

Allocation of revenue-:

Particulars Fair Value Revenue
Design component of the contract $   2,389,980.0 $   2,111,911.6
Manufacturing of ten trains $ 10,670,020.0 $   9,428,589.1
Warranty claim $      520,000.0 $      459,499.3
Total $ 13,580,000.0 $ 12,000,000.0

Revenue recognition-:

May 9-: Since the designing component of the train is complete, so the Company should recognise $2,111,911.6 after Transportation board safety approval.

September 30-: The Company should account for $9,428,589.1 after getting final approval.

Note-:

(I) Warranty commission will be recognised in next two financial years.
