Debt Debt ratio = Debt + Equity

2.5 2.5+ Equity

Equity = 2.045 million

So equity is 2.045 million and so we can now calculate the return on equity:

ROB – Sepang x 100

ROE = 250000 2.045 x 1000000

12.22%
