According to the clinical manifestations described in this case A.P is having Nocturnal panic attacks and insomnia . Nocturnal panic attacks are the panic attacks which occur at the middle of your sleep waking you up no apparent reasons .Insomnia is difficulty in sleeping . Both the medical condition is due to anxiety because of the death of her son
